ABOUT ISA

 

Isa was born in Portugal and started working as a Chef in London where she lived until 2015. It was there where she became more and more interested about food. She started experimenting and writing some recipes at home, sharing it with friends. Their positive feedback was the encouragement to put those recipes together and write a blogue about it. Influenced by USA and UK where she lived for many years you will find recipes with burgers, bagels, apple treats and spicy caramel cakes. Having met and worked with Italians there will be also space for pasta dishes and fresh salads, not forgetting the big Portuguese influence with its traditional codfish, stews and rice cake!
